Should the need be we can offer a call out service where a Cyberzone member of staff will come round and deal with your PC problems at home! If you just require a routine check-up or upgrade you can arrange a time to leave your PC at Cyberzone where we can do all the work with the necessary equipment and software to hand.
Prices
There is a minimum charge of £30 for call out (including the first hour) and £25 per hour thereafter. If you bring your PC into Cyberzone there will be a minimum charge of £15 (including the first hour) and then £20 per hour thereafter. Most problems can be fixed quickly and easily so your PC should be back up to its task without costing you a fortune. Prices do not include cost of software or hardware for upgrades or missing/damaged components, the cost of these will be added onto your bill once you have agreed that you wish us to carry on with the work should the case arise.
